I had tried Truespace a couple of times before, but wasn't able to figure out how to use it. After reading your lessons I have gotten past the non-intuitive parts of the program; at least the parts you covered so far.

Frankly, I've not seen a demand that warrants my continuing the tutorials. But if enough people are benefitting from them, I'll write another or so.

Tell me, Soquili, what area(s) are you the most interested in?

    My Best,
    Gare

Gary, how can I get reflections of the mountains used in the background into the objects of my first post in this thread?

I was going for a look of coal. I think this is close. What do you think?

Copy a picture of the mountains to TGA or BMP format, and then use the texture environment feature to make the vases reflect mountains.

Thanks Gary. It took a few tries, but I did get some reflections.

If you do write more lessions, I would like to learn about the deformations and the metaball tool.

I appreciate all the work you have put into the lessons you have written and your help here at Talkgraphics.
