    Xara X1 won't open AI or AI EPS files created in Illy CS. Actually, it will open eps, but the page is blank. Hmmm, what can be done. Thanks.

    No it won't. If you export out of Illy CS as legacy ai version 8 it will open.

    Ahhh, right. Thanks for that. Pity Xara X1 hasn't updated to enable later versions of .ai.
