Scroll to Anchor Points

is it possible to either:

1. adjust the scroll speed to and anchor point , I use them to scroll to different section of a page

2. make an instant jump to an anchor point , for same reason, but, jumping direct to a section of a page


hopefully this is possible, using V19

If you have no animations in your design, you need to add the Name UsesJQuery to one of your shapes on the page.
Click on the green, orange and black shapes in turn.

The large numbers in the JS Links are milliseconds.
Just use normal Link to Anchor for direct jumps.
The called function is a small script in the Website Body.

works great with a 0 millisecond delay (for this particular page) ,
the speed adjustment will come in very handy for another page

once I complete the page, I will post in showcase the latest page.
