helpandsupport.xara.com page broken

The Help/More Xara Designer Pro+/Support pages menu option leads me to a broken page, in both Chrome and Firefox:

About 1 second after the browser loads the page, the vertical scrollbar disappears, after which the page cannot be scrolled up or down using the mouse scrollwheel, the up/down arrow keys, or the PgUp/PgDn keys (nor the absent scrollbar). The top nav is empty except for the 'X' logo, which is unclickable. The whole page can be viewed only by zooming way out (see screenshot); however the links are unclickable. So one cannot advance past the page or navigate away from it (other than the browser Back button, or closing the page).

In both Chrome and Firefox, the browser console shows this error:

@korfob, I have tried both Chrome (latest), FF, Edge and my default Vivaldi. All work, internal page navigation and external links.

there was a fairly recent Windows update - try your machine with a cold reboot.

On my Android phone, after a second the Accept/Decline buttons disappear and the page has a grey overlay.
I think you are probably blocking pop-ups in your browser and are then stuck with this blocking links and scrolling.

Thanks, Acorn! It turns out that my problem was caused by a browser extension called "I still don't care about cookies":

I found that the problem is solved by adding helpandsupport.xara.com to the whitelist in the options for this extension, or by disabling the extension. I trusted this extension because it hadn't caused any trouble previously, but now I shall be quicker to suspect it.
