Peter, there is no such function. There are a number of ways to do this but you have to describe what your list looks like, what it's for and how often you are adjusting.Originally Posted by Peter Prewett

Pity, just thought I may have missed a step. OK have "sorted" in Excel it was a hand written list (being added all the time), did not want to change as needed person to check then later print.

Peter, create a Sheet in Google Drive. Export it as web page. Place it in Xara in a placeholder.
Each time you amend the sheet in Google Drive the web page is updated and shows the updates on your web page within minutes.
