Line gallery doesn't appear

I can't make my line gallery or the box where I select line size appear. Options/Galleries/Line Gallery is checked and it won't uncheck. I can't eliminate the lines on shapes I'm using. Ideas?

You might have to reset the Control Bars. Click Windows/Control Bars.../Reset.
