Copy publishing profiles from an older version (16) to 19

Is there a way to copy the settings I have for the publishing profiles I used in another version to 19? Are these in a file somewhere that I can copy?

Tom, I have found mine appear automatically with each upversion.
I have kept the same MS Username throughout.

It will be a MS Registry setting like:
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Xara\XtremePro x64\19\Options\FTPprofiles\<Profile Save Name>.
