DP+ not loading

I bought DP+ a month ago, today when running reports 'Waiting for connection' which takes some time when it loads has UPGRADE in top right hand side.

Clicking on that it takes me through various pages and a download button do so and run the DP+.exe file and back to the same thing, in a loop, do not understand what is going on:-((

I am not getting emails about updates as my DP+ that I use at the Men's shed does (bought separately).

DP+ is Software As A Service, you don't buy it, you rent it. Maybe you went for the pay monthly option, and it's now reverted to trial mode until you pay again.

A follow up on problem.
I bought DP+ for the Men's Shed using my account with their email and user name ran at home to test a website I built for them with DPX18, I decided I needed my own copy, uninstalled the Shed's, installed my own copy it worked for a week or more then failed to load properly. Xara found that my computer was still using the Shed's version they corrected and is now working as it should.

Well it worked for a time and back again taking ages to load with upgrade field.

Peter, i think the logic is you do this through Xara Cloud.
When you have switched to the right account, the XPro+ download knows who it is for.

What I would try is the following;

Thanks for responding.
I had gone through the steps outlined.
I initially bought and installed the Shed's on my computer, then deleted as realized I needed my own copy.
I do not have a cloud extension to DP+ one day the Shed will.
Xara had my computer registered to the Shed not to me, it was corrected, then when I opened up a Shed document on my own computer it failed.
I went through clicking on UPGRADE and some how it corrected and now working correctly.
As a mere casual user I value the support I get from the forum, unfortunately its one way:-(

Peter, every XPro+ has Cloud+ as a given: Share > Open Xara Cloud.

Problem returned and had to go through process of clicking on upgrade.
