Glass navigation button challenge

I made these for my web page awhile ago, and have not been able to produce the same effect or quality in Xara. I would like to be able to get the same effect and use vector buttons in Flash, so that I can make the movie scalable with the browser, without the buttons distorting. These are my current ones, and they are gifs.
