Xara X install and errors

I only had the problem when I upgraded to a faster system with better video hardware- never had problems with CorelXara on my old slower system.

You did remember to disable virus software before installing?

What about trying to install in safe mode?

Just guessing here though.

Good suggestion...and yes, Norton AntiVirus was functional during the install...Maybe that's the problem.

So.....guess I will give it a try with Norton products disabled....I think I have another Norton application running as well....I will run msconfig and see what I can disable and then try to reinstall Xara X.
