Aaa yes, and even MORE excellent stuff. Nice goin guys!

Hey David... i forgot to mention i really liked the special lighting you used on your ship. Nice touch.

And about the "whoswe.com" site... nope, it's been gone for awhile now. Don't know why... it just dissappeared. Might be moving servers or something.

Well... i guess if we're going to keep this open a while longer, i may as well post ONE more pic. This was done with Xara2, WAY back in '99.

(please forgive the Jpg compression artifacts, but the file size was pretty high without it)

Its subject matter is one of my few passions.

    Beautiful snooker image!

I grew up playing snooker and share your enthusiasm for the game, though I haven't played in years.

This is a wonderful thread! I wish I had something to contribute. Some day.

I think that a trompe l'oeil challenge would also be very interesting. I particularly enjoy images that give the illusion of extending outward beyond the plane of the image, toward the veiwer.

Why, I’m afraid I can’t explain myself, sir, because I’m not myself, you know...

Yea man, twoball corner... the cueball off the far side rail and back for setting up the black for corner, with just enough angle for...

    shape is everything ya know...

(my teenage years were spent "racking" tables in exchange for games and snacks)... [thumbs up]
