Default How to specify that multiple XAR files are opened at startup?

For years, Xara automatically opened the files I had open the last time I closed the program.

A couple of months ago, I found an option that let me turn that feature off. Now I want to turn it back on. But I can't find it!

Thanks to anyone who can jog my memory ... or point me to a help file topic.

Hi Contours, I can't be sure but it MAY be under Utilities / Options / General / Recent Files. Mine is set to 20.

All I can think of is have you unticked Windows > Show document tabs?

    Hi Contours,

I checked Egg's and Acorn's suggestions and I think you need to open the menu "Utilities" > "Options" dialog and choose the Backups tab.
I looked in Version 9,10, 11, and 12; same location. Hope this helps!

That's it. I now remember why I ever came upon it: I was adjusting the interval for automatic backups and saw that the option existed. It's no place I would have ever thought to look.

    Thanks for the responses.

Cool Re: How to specify that multiple XAR files are opened at startup?

Xara has lots of niceties like this.

I have been asking SolidWorks for this function for years.
There are times when you have that many files in progress that you daren't switch your PC off because you will not know where you are up to the next day.
With Xara they are just still there!
