When I insert a logo and shrink it down so I do not transparent background as in the figure.
How do I do that was only logo? Logo in .psd, or .png transparent background.

Looks like the image is being published as a jpg.
In Xara, select the transparent png logo and open Web Properties
Image/ Web Image Type / check PNG(Best for Graphics)/Apply
This should sort it.
