    I really didn't want to crop off part of the card image to straighten it. The sample that was posted by stygg2003 doesn't show the blue border on the card so it is not a complete representation of the card. Thanks for trying...

    Gave it a quick shot. I dunno...it's not gonna get much better. If you have access to the original object and a camera, starting with good source material is much better idea than post-fixing bad material.Click image for larger version.

    If a photoshop plugin is an option you might try THIS.
