How do I download the content catalogue in XWD365P?

Hi all,
How do I do the above so that and the end of a year I can still have the content available - I did search for this but nothing turned up

I think you have to do it a section at a time in the Local Designs Gallery. And it is not exactly easy or intuitive or necessarily permanent.

Right click on a Category and select Download All.

Also, I think you can select Help > Download Content Installer, though my fuzzy brain does not remember exactly what this does.

Yes, but after you download them all, you also want to do what I describe here just in case there is ever another error like the one last year which wiped out all downloaded content stored locally on some user computers:
