Line thickness - want 5 or 6pt

My experience has been that the Line Width dropdown in the Line Gallery does not allow you to type in a number (and has been this way since around XDP version 6 or so), however the Line Width dropdown on the main toolbar *will* allow this. I've had to train myself to use that box instead.

That said, XaReg will allow you to edit the contents of that and other dropdown lists (such as font size), so you can add 5 and 6pt or whatever.

Oops ny mistake. Sorry I was indeed using the set line width and not the line gallery. Thanks EGG and Stygg.

I must not understand ernie does not work that way in Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 11.2.5.42127 CD from the line gallery, only able to change it using the line width drop down, which is what I normally would use anyway.

O.K. but if I'am once in the line-gallery I would take all changes in ONE dialog. The quitting with tab works and I don't must changes in an another dialog.
I would only know if it's the same behaviour like in my installation.

as I see it:

there is a problem entering numbers in the line gallery box - I can only do this if they are not assigned to other functions - by default numbers 1-5 are assigned to zoom levels and . is assigned to redo - if I use customise key shortcuts to release the assignments then I can enter them all
having done this enter key will not work, but the tab key does

[customise key shortcuts is a pro utility - it is not in xp&g]
