Xara Mask Tool in v. 10

I have Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 10.

I saw this tutorial in using the mask tool to isolate a section of photo to change hue, blur, etc...

Can I do this in my version of Xara? If so, how do I find the mask tool button?

The Mask Tool was replaced in newer versions of software with region tools.
