    Hoja...You actually are right! :)

My bad, my wrong. I didn't scope out the program thoroughly before posting the link. I just wanted to offer members a thrifty piece of software with which to treat themselves this Christmas.

Here's something that's free for non-commercial use and $29 for the whole ball of wax. Artweaver is a combo art and photo editing program, light footprint, UI designed after Photoshop's. My gut tells me that for an extra $10 US or so, you can get Affinity Photo.

Oh, and here's a seamless tiling texture I did yesterday with ArtRage and a little help in Photoshop:

Thanks to Gary I have been looking at a couple of youtube videos on Krita instead of getting work done. I came across a video by Kate Oleska on ways to use Krita for coloring line art https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GXyUsjjAdg. At the end of the video she uses a method called GMIC to color a drawing. This looks real cool in application. She talks about this method at around the 16:15 mark in the video if anyone wants to check out.

    Nice find Ray.

Just kicking the tires with the program, there seems to be a lot under the hood.
Usuals keyboard shortcuts are different though, shift+drag varies the brush size, space+shift+drag will rotate canvas.

Brush pressure didn't work at first, had to go to preferences, disable open GL, close prefs, reopen and enable it again for it to work.
