Need better mould result

I have an image that I need to overlay onto another image of a slightly different "angle of perspective".

I've been trying to use the mould tool, but its pixel-level processing is producing an unusable result (see before/after, below). Plus, I having trouble getting the precise dimensions I need. I spend a lot of time trying to skew the image (shear + mould) and then move the image to get it back to the right place ... and then having to change the shape once again.

Is there a better way? Is there some kind of "dimension change" tool or method?

Use the basic Perspective Envelope. Drag the corners of the envelope to the corners of your shape.

I looked up Perspective Correction and tried it on my source image. It wouldn't let me move the corner outward. It only seemed to want to crop the image (inward movement). Below is a screen capture.

Have I tried the right tool?"

Sorry. I did not provide enough information. See if the attached helps.

1. Select the bitmap or graphic
2. Select the Mould Tool
3. Select the Default Perspective envelope
4. Drag the corner control point.

@Gary: that's IT! I've used mould, now and then, but I never noticed that tool. I don't understand how I missed it.
