    Default Easy Technical Question

For those of you who know the answer, thank you.

My question is this: If I make a vector image and then use the eraser to erase just a tiny part of the image, is the image still vector or is it now raster?

    Just curious.

If the eraser softness was 0 then the results are vector.

If the erase softness was non-0 then the image is still vector but it has a "mask" covering it to mask out the bits that you erased with a fuzzy edge. The mask is stored as vector so you can still go in and vector edit either it or the image but when the masked image is exported, it may be exported as a bitmap, depending on the file type.
