    Default FTP sticking in 365Pro?

    Not got completely to the bottom of it yet, but I think the problem of the FTP function sticking then timing out, sine the last update, is actually a fault with the 'export website/html' function.

    The only way I can get the site to upload is to manually choose a new folder or location for the exported html, and then use Filezilla to upload. I've tried finding if the files are corrupt but that isn't the problem at all. Using the auto export and ftp seem to the be the issue.

    Got a support ticket in trying to sort this out, support having finally replied, so we'll see what we can sort out for the auto upload function and keep you posted.

    Then they could have come on here and said just that Gary, instead of leaving people, not only me, in limbo for a week and a half without any kind of acknowledgement, but hey ho, looks like we're on the move now.

    It's not a perfect world. I agree. Communication is always helpful.

    I think we've finally cracked the problem, though not sure how it occurred in the first place....

    Xara Support suggested this and it seems to have done the trick, BUT, increase the time outs to 20000, not the 10000 it suggests as that didn't seem to work.

    Please see below for the key for your program:

    64bit: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Xara\XtremePro x64\12\Options\FTPLibcURL

    (if you have 32bit version adjust accordingly the registry entry)

    values:
    ConnectTimeout = 10000
    LoginTimeout = 10000
    ResponseTimeout = 10000

    [—sigh] Glad this seems to have fixed the problem.
