Default What's a "decent" entry level graphics tablet?

I'm not 100% sure if a graphics tablet will alleviate the issue I'm having but thought I'd ask anyway.

I'm starting to have issues with my hands related to Type 1 Diabetes which make it difficult to use a mouse for drawing. After having used the S Pen on my Note 5 for doodling a bit, I found it easier use & I got the idea for the tablet.

I'm just curious what features to look for, etc.

    Thanks!

This tablet includes ZBrush Core. There are other models of Wacom tablets as well, look around Wacoms site.
