    Default Designer Pro 365 Trial Error and lock up

    Hi,

    I'm a Designer Pro X user. Currently I'm using version9. I decided to try a trial version of Designer Pro x365 to see what some of the new features are.

    I am getting the error below. This happens when the program starts. It then locks up and does not respond. So I'm unable to use it in anyways. Any ideas what's going on?

    Surface Book
    Windows 10 pro anniversary edition
    using 64bit trial of 365

    I think that the reason it is happening is probably one for the Xara helpdesk, but have you tried running it as administrator?

    Right click on the icon and click on run as administrator.

    Hi, could you try uninstalling and then redownloading the latest trial version ( it was updated to 12.4 yesterday). I think this will avoid the prompt on startup atleast
