Still not getting it to stick to the edge, when I push off the page it does not show, it has to touch the page to show. See pic. This is how it shows on the bottom of my page.

Does not stick to the edge of the browser like the "add this" script.

It should work. Are you using the Sticky setting? As I said, Stick at Top does not work on the pasteboard.

And make sure that you designate Sticky and then click Apply.

Try aligning the icon with the bottom of the page and it should show at the bottom of the screen

Yes it aligns to the bottom but you can see the icon from the top I wanted it to appear when you go near the bottom of the page not always on the page.

    Thanks again

Ah, well the purpose of Sticky is to keep something visible at all times. You might do better to have your circle arrow at the bottom of the page and not have it sticky.

My issue is it does not have to be sticky but keeping to the browser edge.

OK The only way to do this, and it is not going to work with with Strechy. But you can group your circle arrow with an invisible line that rests on the page. And un-check the box Clip to Page Edges in Website Properties. This will force the arrow off the page and onto the pasteboard area. But depending on how far out you put it, it may now show on people who are using a lap top. But if I were doing this, I would use the sticky to the side of the page and leave it at that.

    so would i
xara makes it simple to create a complex website because it does the coding in the background
it caters to most needs but it cant cater to all needs
if you knew how to code that button with javascript and css you'd be a developer not a designer
and you probably wouldn't be using xara
i love xara for its ease of web design but it has serious limitations which you have to accept
there's certainly a way to do what you want with workarounds
but you'll probably have to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty
is the effort worth the result is the only question you have to answer
If someone tried to make me dig my own grave I would say No.
