    With 3DSTATE V7.0 you don't really need to understand Shader assembly language or
    Microsoft HLSL. If you see some free effects that you like in Microsoft DX SDK 9.0
    or NVidia effect browser or anywhere else on the Internet, copy them and import them
    to your 3DSTATE game or application !

    It is really amazing. By adding only 2 or 3 lines of code, you could have all those wonderful effects in your game or application. Dynamic environment mapping, volumetric clouds projecting shadows on terrains and many more.
