Older Xara download site?

I just got a Surface 4 with Win10 and would like to install the latest Xara that I own - ProX9. I have the CD somewhere, but there is no drive with the Surface 4. I went to Xara.com and found my serial number but there was not a link to download the software. Is it possible to download the latest version of ProX9 with any/all patches to my new laptop?

You can find the download here under the section "Previous Versions":

Not sure if it is the latest version of DPX9, We don't always produce a new installer for each patch that gets released.

Thank you very much for the quick response and solution to my question. I cannot remember if there were any additional patches released after the initial install. I hope that if there were any they are included in this download. Thank you again.
