New Printer, Only prints half of whats on the page?
any ideas where to start?

24in wide on a roll

printing landscape 24 wide
at 5 in high

i just upgraded to this Mutoh print from a 24 in epson which worked fine.

Try Window > Show Print Borders to see if the page is not matched.

Then look at file > Print... > Options and see if it states "Automatic fit OK".
If not, press the Options... button and fiddle with the Layout fits until one works for you.

on thing i notice.
my page is 24x5
and the printer is sending out a piece of paer at 24x6.75

or
my page is 24x10
and the printer is sending out a piece of paer at 24x11.75

yes, show print borders is definitely the problem. the print border top and bottom is about 1.25in which is exactly what im missing

What is the name of the paper size you're using EP, these are odd sizes to me. As you're from the States I take it you'll be using US Letter or similar.

it's not sheets. its a roll. 24"x275'
yes USA
using inches as unit of measure.

i used the same roll in the epson printer, no problem

on the page, make it custom 24"wide x 10" height

printed 1000's of pieces like this.
