    Default Boudicca

I did this drawing for my grandkids new research book as a cover pic. It's their school project about Boudicca. The heart shape is based on Iceni brooches and the sword I have drawn from a photo of Iceni weapons. The plaid represents the plaid shawls the Iceni worn clipped together by one of their many different brooches. They were ferocious in battle as the Roman ninth legion (The Hispanica) found out! The grandkids asked me howcome I know a lot about Boudicca, I replied, the same way as you will when you Google it
Thanks Egg for the rope brush

Great to see some artwork being posted. That's a really good job, Stygg with clever use of Egg's Brush.

Thanks for your kind comments Bob and Gary. I hope I see more artwork being posted once again from many of the Xara artists out there.
