    Default Clickable Email Signature

    Hi Guys,

I use Xara Designer Pro X11

I'm trying to do a clickable email signature. I've created the design as well as the links for email address and web address.
Can I send to customer as jpeg?
What do I have to do to make it clickable?
What format do I save in?

It depends on your customer's e-mail program and how it configures for a signature. But this varies from e-mail program.

I use Mozilla Thunderbird and shown is the window where I can configure my signature.

One thing I have found is sometimes a signature graphic can flag an e-mail as spam.

The easiest way to create a signature with links, logos etc is to start an email, add the content exactly where you want it, add links etc and then save the email as a html file, and then point to this file as your signature.

Zahhir - I deleted your YouTube links. New members are not permitted links in their postings.

It appears to me that you knew the answer to the question you asked before you posted so you could post these links?

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Apologies for posting the links. I did not know links are not allowed.

I was genuinely asking at the time, and I'm still not clear on how to use/export this feature from Xara.

I only came across those videos this morning.
I shared it with my customer and thought I'd share it here for the benefit of others as well.

Fair enough. What is the e-mail application into which you want to add the signature?

I am sure that both of these products have a feature to let the user add a signature and to use basic HTML to create linked areas. I do not use gmail or Outlook, but most products work in similar ways. Search the Help files for Add Signature.
