Xara Web Desiner 11 Premium Content Catalog Problem

I am having an issue with content catalog. I can not seem to open or import any of the items in the blue folders. I can only open the very first one that opens when you first open the program. Everytime i click on one that says open it does nothing even when i try and import it it does nothing. Can someone please help me........ This is my first time working with this program i just purchased it today.

Have you registered your product? This is the only reason I can think of why the content is not available.

I thought that is what i did when i installed it and punched in my serial number and email address after installation

That depends if you had selected the 'Register online' box when entering your serial.
If the program is registered the help menu should show the menu item 'Register online' disabled and the 'Deactivate program' enabled. If opposite just hit the 'Register online' entry.

Should i try and deactivate it and then reinstall it?

Could you post a screenshot of the problem first? Maybe it is a firewall problem or something like that.

If I click on unfold nothing happens if i click on download all nothing happens if I open content catalog and click on import or open nothing happens the only one that works is the template in introduction

With Xara closed, try right clicking on the Xara launch icon & select Run as Administrator. This often clears problems like this and only requires doing once.
