File Nav Won't Display

I must have done something without knowing it, but now the only way to see the file menu is to hover around the top of the window and it's driving me nuts. The software seems to be in forced full screen mode with no File menu. I've tried searching and can't find a thing to help.

Since I don't know how I broke it, I don't know how to fix it.

Any ideas would really make my day :-)

Press the 8 key on your numeric pad to toggle full screen.

The number 8 on the number pad of the keyboard is the default switch to full screen.
