replacing stretched image in Ultimate Theme - still black and white

Woo hoo! Just bought the new upgrade to 11 Premium. I'm using the Ultimate theme and went to switch out the image and it grayscaled my image. Any idea why? I can't find any reason or way to undo it so that my color image replaces the grayscale image that comes with the theme.

This was asked and answered before (by Egg, i think). Bottom colour bar: to the right of the colour picker is the set no colur box. Right-click and select restore colours.
