    Default Douglas DC3

The Douglas DC3 was designed in the early 1930's and first flew in 1935. The aircraft is still in service in some parts of the world. I remember flying in these when I was a young boy. Being a taildragger you walked up hill when you boarded them. A real work horse of a plane. This ones in Delta colours.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments. I started this one about 15 years ago and only recently decided to complete it.

Gary asked for some closeups. Here's a couple.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
