Background of image showing through text

How do I achieve this - the background of the image shows up beneath the text.

Hi Zakiyya, I use Web Designer 11 Premium,try this. Draw a circle then put some text on it, select both (circle and text) right click on mouse, select combine shapes then click subtract shapes and you are done.
