Color Select/erase button, I miss it. Can I add the button to an existing pallet?

I see the color select in the full button pallet, and use it often to remove the white background from an image, but i'd love to not have to go so deep to find and use it. Does it exist somewhere easy to get or can i add it from the button pallet to one of the other existing pallettes? Thanks.

Hold down the alt key and you can drag any icon from the button pallet to the tool bar.
