text appearing in PDF file that is not on xara file?

HI,

So I opened a file that was a PDF in Xara, I then made some changes (added a pic and some text),
then I saved file in xara, then exported to a PDF file to send back. When I exported to PDF, some text appeared (EXCLUSIVE TO CALAIS) repaetedley on the file, when i reopen with xara it's no there? can some one pleasse explain why and if possible how to fix?

wow! thankyou! I was looking but thinking it was far more complicated, some sort of hidden layer? lol, thank you soomuch was driving me nuts! Note to self, use my zoom!!!

In this case the Find option in Edit>Find/Replace command also helps; additionally stepping through the text objects in the Page and Layers Gallery. Happy to help!
