activation limit ??

hi guys - is anybody still working a xara support ? As I have submitted 3 tickets over the last week asking for my activation limit to be increased but as yet not had a single reply .:-(

I dont see why there should be a limit to activate a program that I paid for ?? maybe its just me .

Yes I have the same problem I had to reformat my hard drive and both my activation are used with the same computer Ive been making tickets and not answer i use this software for my business and ive been stuck for over a day now

pLease some please help , xara please help this is not right that xara could a person business my email

Xara support doesn't work over the weekends, however we have replied to your ticket. Please also note that sending 1 email an hour won't speed the process up either.
