    Beautiful image BF and glad to see your back. As a matter of interest, when you did that image and if you had had the new Xara Hair Brush, would you have used them? or stayed with your undoubtable talent with regard to the hair, which I think is outstanding.

    Hi stygg!

    Um, there is so much interest in techniques for drawing portraits, I opened a new thread so we don't tromp all over the place in Frances' self-portrait thread.

    The supporting thread is right here.

    I'm not trying to steal Frances' show, and there's a link on the thread I started right back here. I'm trying to give two interesting subjects there own space. Please feel welcome to comment on Frances' work as she intended—and it would be nice if we have some tips on portraits in general, we devote a thread to this fascinating topic.
