    Default Change Case feature

I'd like the ability to select a block of text and select Change case which would offer me the following options:

    • Invert case
    • Upper case
    • Lower case
    • Sentence case
    • Capitalize

Thus with the following block of text
    Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
    I could recreate it as

    • lOREM IPSUM DOLOR SIT AMET
    • LOREM IPSUM DOLOR SIT AMET
    • lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
    • Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
    • Lorem Ipsum Dolor Sit Amet

without having to retype everything (or cutting and pasting using another application which does give me that feature).

    Thank you in advance, Xara

Not a full solution to what you want, but highlighting the text you want to change, and then Ctrl+W will toggle (invert) the case of the selected text. I realise that is not a complete solution and agree that a full case handling feature would be useful!

What I find that I would like to have in the same area is a quick way of removing space after a paragraph like you have in word. I would also go along with your suggestions as well.

Please, five years and five upgrades since this post was started and we're still waiting for something more than "Ctrl-W"...
