I am pretty sure back in the middle of the last century, there were ads for an art school correspondence course that asked readers to draw a cat, or a lumber jack, and other such images to apply for the course. I did an exhaustive Google search and did not find the ad however.

But Artworx is a graphic designer, so my advice is find a photo of a cat and then design the image.

Could you please upload some pics of the result? I checked the Google link and from a HelloKitty-ish drw to a realistic one there´s a huge difference
