How do I creating a floating Social network Navigation bar

I am fairly new to the xara product and I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to create a floating network bar like in this xara site http://xaragroup.magix.net/hipster/#

Build your bar. Right click on the bar logos (one at a time) and select Web Sticky Stretchy and check Stretchy.

With my own site here> http://www.britresource.com/ I have a responsive floating social button panel similar to the one you described. This one is produced by adding an "AddThis" widget. I am still toying with what to do with it for real, but it does work very well.
