    firewall is switched off, computer restarted - designer is still unable to accept serial numbers

    Not a good enough response......I've also just upgraded to Version 11.....it won't even start.......I personally think this is a much bigger problem than viewed......I've been using Web Designer Premium since V7, currently V10 Premium and have never had any issues......Seems to be a problem with the 64-bit version on Win 8.1

    Hi Rut,

    If you click the link below, sign in using your Xara account details then click "Submit Ticket", this creates a "ticket" in our support system which a member of staff will look into and reply with.

    The issues raised by Rut and spottedcat are unrelated.

    The error code -1 is currently being investigated and we will reply directly to the ticket.

    spottedcat's report seems to be a conflict with the Logitech c500 webcam. Attempting to run the 64bit version results in an error with the module named lvcod64.dll.

    Either stopping the Logitech service or quitting the Logitech tray icon app should provide a workaround for running the 64bit version. We will need to identify the exact cameras, model, and drivers being used in order to reproduce and resolve this issue.

    hi xara,

    I dont know what happens, but .. just now (after 8 hours) wb11 premium accepted serial numbers and my wb11premium is fully function. I can assure you I did nothing to repair protocols you wrote me about.

    All TLS were all ticked ..

    that was horrible day for me

    please, be so kind, if you can, make RSS and WD will be perfect. Free RSS applications are not reliabe
