Page border

I adapted a theme (trader) from the design gallery so that the page and website background are both white. Because of the identical colours, I'd like the page itself to have an outline, which should be easy. But I just can't get it to work in both the desktop and mobile versions. Grateful to know how to do this.

Unlock the Page Layer. Add an outline. Lock the layer again.

Thanks, I had done this and expected it to be applied automatically to the other pages in the main web and the mobile version but now see that I was mistaken.

Right click on the page and select Page Background > Copy Page Background.

Go to the other pages (one at a time) and right click > Page Background > Paste Page Background.
