Perhaps you can specifically show us this functionality being mentioned? Swift is a programming language and I can see no mention of an update to run windows programs natively on OSX yosemite.

Stardock also provide a doofer that lets "new UI" windows act as proper windows, i.e. resizing, close button, appearing at bottom of screen when minimized.
@Steve - both programs together cost about a fiver
