WD 10 Premium will not recognize being online (RESOLVED)

I purchased Web Designer 10 Premium yesterday and struggled through the Activation-Registration process because the software would not recognize my internet connection. I think I was able to activate and register by using the telephone option provided. However, even today, when I start WD10 Premium, it does not recognize my internet connection (as was stated in an earlier thread, my connection is intact due to this forum post).
I have not been able to download any of the gallery content either because of this issue. I can provide screenshots if needed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I apologize if I confused anyone. After further forum research, it occurred to me that I needed to try disabling my firewall to complete the download process. That did indeed prove to be successful. After completing the Design Gallery update/download, I reset the firewall and now the WD10 Premium seems to working wonderfully.
