Testing a registration page

I have designed a website withing a website for a Blood donation International Event to be held in Mauritius in May.

The registration page according to some people abroad gives server problem or they are unable to send their Registration.

I would be much grateful if you could use this page as provided below and fill it, sending us same and would you kindly tell us if you have met with sending problems issues. Thank you for same.

I tested the page and I encountered no problems. Windows 8.1. Firefox 36.0.4
