Gary, thanks for the case change tip...it has really come in handy.

The tool bar tip is a little confusing. After losing an icon a few times, I realized it was just moving it within the tool bar where it resides...otherwise it just disappears.

So, I don't think it is actually a copy? Or maybe this old brain isn't quite getting it. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif[/img]

recycling some of the Tips that appear when Xara first opens.

I did try the button bar thing and lost a few buttons myself.

Should this happen, DO NOT PANIC

Take a deep breath, open the Windows > Control Bars > Button Palette, find the missing button, and Alt drag it back to the bar from which it is missing.
