Default YouTube keeps moving - going crazy

I have a page with demo YouTube videos and a navigation bar that I created a while ago. Now, I am trying to add one more video (#5). I want all the videos to display in the same location. I make the layer visible and unlock it. Then drag the HTML Placeholder to the desired position, then lock and hide the layer. I repeat this for all 5 layers.
This works for 3 out of 5 layers! When I relocate a layer, another locked layer moves.
    Now what?

Please attach the file that shows this behavior.

The uploaded file is a working file. To cause the problem, do the following.
    On page 3 (demo movies).
First for reference, un-hide each video layer, then re-hide them one by one. They all appear in the same location.
Next Un-lock and un-hide the video 2 layer.
Select the HTML Placeholder and duplicate HTML placeholder (right-click).
At this point (2) of the videos jumper to a new location and there is no way to get them back.
Thus editing the duplicate placeholder won't work.

Disable 'Push' for the HTML placeholder.

To duplicate the placeholder for use on a new layer in the same position, Ctrl+C to copy then use Ctrl+Shift+V to paste in place (same position) on your a new layer.
