The problem I am struggling at the moment is – to create flip-flop effect when object is being mouse-over. Here is the example I want to achieve: http://olestimofeev.com/brain-blow
PDF-picture on the left side is rotating and goes back when mouse is moved out. Is it possible to achieve such an interesting effect?

I suspect the effect you have linked to is done with Flash and there is no tweak for doing this.

You can however do something like the attached to create something similar.

I have added a pop up layer and used the Link > Mouse-Over > Show Pop-up Layer option to link the target object (the dark rectangle) to the pop-up layer, and added a quick fade Layer effect. The image on the pop-up layer links to an external website.
