I'll keep thinking about your (A) screen shot. In the meantime, (B) is Monod or Monod Brun, depending upon the weight.

fiche, I cannot find an except font like you show. the closest I could come is joy city.

Closest I could come to the one font is Street Cred by Ray Larabie (Typodermic foundry).

Don't know what sample Ray's inspiration was.
